European data Quarterly is published by Procon Ltd. in its series datajournals.eu.

Procon publishes also the open-access peer-reviewed English language  Information and Security: An International Journal (ISSN 0861-5160, e-ISSN 1314-2119) and Biomedical Data Journal (ISSN 2367-5322, e-ISSN 2367-6477), books, brochures, reports and monographic studies, primarily in the field of security and defence.

Procon acts as executive publisher for Connections: The Quarterly Journal, and several series of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies and other organizations.
